Office opening hours

Our offices will be open between 8am and 5.30pm on Wednesday 27, Thursday 28 and Friday 29 December. 

We will re-open as normal at 8am on Tuesday 2 January 2024.

Emergency repairs

Our out-of-hours team are on hand for emergency repairs throughout the festive period.  If you're a rental customer who is directly managed by us or a shared ownership customer within your Defects Liability Period (DLP), please call our support team on 020 4599 3555 at any time  to report emergency defects and repairs.

Community safety concerns 

The Respect line opened on Monday 18 December. This new innovation means that callers can report community safety issues while Sage Homes’ offices are closed. Just call our Customer Care Team on 020 4599 3555. If our offices are closed, you’ll be directed to Respect who can provide specialist support. This technology is being trialled by our Community Safety Team to make sure you get the help you need.
