We’re always working hard to improve our digital services for you. Our latest update to your online account, My Sage Home, has made the process of reporting repairs and faults simpler for you, meaning we can crack on with getting things fixed more quickly.

What’s been improved?

We spotted that some customers who used the ‘report a fault’ tool in their My Sage Home account were struggling to complete all of the steps required to diagnose the problem and book a repair. Your feedback showed us that we could make some simple adjustments to the wording of the questions and images used as part of the repair reporting process to make things easier for you.

As a result, we’ve seen the completion rate, for those who use the ‘report a fault’ function, jump from around 40% in May 2025, to 65% by October. And in even better news, the most recent round of updates has seen this rise further to around 70% in November. This means that more of you are getting your repairs reported, booked and dealt with more efficiently.
