How to contact us over the festive break
You can find out about our office opening hours during the Christmas and New Year holidays below.
Our opening hours
- Monday 22 and Tuesday 23 December: open as normal
- Wednesday 24 December (Christmas Eve): open until 1.00pm
- Thursday 25 December (Christmas Day): closed
- Friday 26 December (Boxing Day): closed
- Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 December: closed (normal 'out of hours' weekend service)
- Monday 29 December: open as normal, from 8.00am
- Tuesday 30 December: open as normal
- Wednesday 31 December: open until 1.00pm
- Thursday 1 January: closed
- Friday 2 January: open as normal, from 8.00am
If you have an emergency while we’re closed, please call 020 8168 0500 and you’ll be directed to our emergencies team. They'll be on standby throughout the festive period.
