While it’s tempting to put up seasonal decorations in communal areas, please don’t do this as they are a serious fire risk. You should keep communal areas clear of all your belongings and decorations. As this is a serious issue, any items left in communal areas (including decorations) will be removed and disposed of sensibly.

Having a festive party? Please make sure you let your neighbours know and make sure you’re not playing loud music late into the night.

You should also not smoke or vape in any communal areas but instead use the appropriate outside areas to do so. Please also make sure you dispose of any cigarette ends responsibly.
