Julian Chun joins Sage Home’s Board
Sage Homes, England’s largest provider of newly built affordable homes for the last four years, has appointed Julian Chun, RHP Group’s Executive Director of Investment & Compliance, to its Board.
Julian will sit on the Customer and Assets Committee and brings nearly 30 years’ experience in social housing and strategic asset management. He has led service improvements across asset and housing management for local, regional and national housing providers. Julian is also a NED and Chair of the Development and Assets Committee at Croydon Churches Housing Association.
Alison Thain, Chair of Sage Homes, which has delivered more than 20,000 homes since its inception in 2017, said “I am delighted to welcome Julian to Sage. Following the announcement of Mark Sater stepping down, Sage Homes recently announced the appointment of Elizabeth Froude as its next CEO, commencing the first quarter of 2026.
