Sage confirms G1* V2* IDA gradings

We’re delighted to announce that, following the Regulator of Social Housing’s stability check, our In-Depth Assessment (IDA) gradings have been confirmed as G1* V2* for both Sage Registered Providers: Sage Homes RP Limited and Sage Rented Limited.

The stability check was carried out in 2025, following the initial IDA assessment which took place in 2023. These grading confirmations show that Sage meets the Regulator’s viability requirements and can deal with a reasonable range of adverse scenarios.
