Sage Homes delivers its 20,000th affordable newly built home

Sage Homes has delivered its 20,000th affordable newly built home. The home, which is at Asfordby Hill, near Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, is a three-bedroom, semi-detached house which is available for social rent for someone on the local authority's waiting list. It was built by Avant Homes and was supported by Homes England.

Mark Sater, CEO, Sage Homes, said: "I am delighted that Sage has achieved this milestone of 20,000 affordable, newly built homes in only seven years since our inception. The majority of our homes are for social or affordable rent, with our 20,000th property helping to meet the need for new, high quality local authority homes in Leicestershire. This significant achievement has been made possible by the hard work of our teams, and our close partnerships with housebuilders, local authorities and Homes England, and the support of our board and investors."
