Our new pilot programme will see Sage colleagues in selected counties wearing body-worn cameras.

These are in place to help improve the accuracy of our incident reporting, help de-escalate challenging situations and support everyone’s safety.

Helping to shape our services

We’ll be gathering feedback from our colleagues and customers throughout this pilot programme and will use this to shape how we move forwards.

All footage will be handled in strict accordance with data protection laws. It will be securely stored and only accessible to authorised employees for reviewing incidents and taking any appropriate actions.
