Thanks to your feedback, we’ve made some improvements to our community safety services. 

Reporting concerns and getting help

It's now easier than ever to report community safety concerns using your online account My Sage Home. Customers can report a concern and complete a risk assessment themselves. This means it gets picked up quicker and by the most relevant Sage team – getting you a resolution faster than ever.  

We’ve also developed our Community Safety toolkit. We’re continually improving this to make sure it has the most up to date information, helping you understand what counts as antisocial behaviour and what to do about it.  

In addition to this, we’ve grown our teams of people working on the ground, meaning there are more Sage colleagues in your area than ever before. They’ll be able to offer more tailored support and help facilitate where needed.

Looking ahead

We’re building a new online service where customers will be able to report any community service complaints directly to us and we’ll be able to add them to open cases, meaning we can provide a more joined-up approach to resolving your community issues.
