Assault

Assault is a criminal offence and should be reported to the police. Find out more below.

If you've witnessed an assault and there's no ongoing risk, you can call 101. If this behaviour is caused by a household member, you can find out more here

Once you've made your report, please contact us - we'll need the incident/crime reference number and the investigating officer's details (how we treat your personal data). 

We'll then contact the police and work with you to agree the appropriate next steps.
