Paying by Direct Debit

Direct debit is the easiest way to make payments regularly and on time. It's secure, reliable and protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. You can set up a direct debit via our our customer portal.

Shared Ownership customers; how to pay

You can view your statements and make payments through My Sage Home, our customer portal.

Our preferred method of payment is Direct Debit. If you need help setting up a direct debit, please contact sorents@sagehomes.co.uk and a member of the team can assist you.

Home Ownership Services Team 

Sage Homes has a dedicated Home Ownership Services Team to help support our Shared Ownership owners. We have a referral service, where we can direct customers for free money and/or a debt advice service. You can contact the team for support by calling 0203 746 7585.
