You can view your statements and make payments through our customer portal.

> If your home is being managed by Southern Housing, you can use their online portal to pay your rent. If you are having any issues logging into your portal, please call 0800 121 60 60.

Paying by Direct Debit

Our preferred method of payment is by Direct Debit. If you need help setting  this up, please contact us for help.

You can pay your rent several ways.

Direct debit and card payments
To pay by card or set up a direct debit, visit Southern Housing's online portal or call 0800 121 6060 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Standing order or bank transfer
You can arrange a standing order by quoting your eight-digit customer reference number, then adding 20-65-63 as the recipient sort code and 43124363 as the account number. Southern Housing's address is:

Home Ownership Services Team 

Sage Homes has a dedicated Home Ownership Services Team to help support our Shared Ownership owners. We have a referral service, where we can direct customers for free money and/or a debt advice service. You can contact the team for support by calling 0203 746 7585.
