Affordable Rent Customers
Money Advice Team
If your home is managed by Places for People, they have a dedicated Money Advice Team to help support our customers in affordable rented properties with any welfare and benefits questions you may have. They can also make referrals and sign post you to the appropriate services. If you are unsure of your eligibility to benefits or don't know where to start, you can contact the Money Advice Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01772 666 446.
If your home is managed by Optivo, you can contact them on 0800 121 60 60 or via their website at www.optivo.org.uk. They have a team who are on hand to help you with money matters and offer benefit guidance.
Affordable Rent Customers
If your home is managed by Places for People, you can use your online portal to help pay your rent. If you are having any issues logging on to your portal, give us a call on 01772 667002.
If your home is managed by Optivo, you can use your online portal to pay your rent Optivo - Our free online service for residents. If you are having any issues logging on to your portal, give us a call on 0800 121 60 60.
Our preferred method of payment is by direct debit. If you need help setting up a direct debit to remove the stress of always remembering to pay your rent on time, we can help you do so.

Shared Ownership Customers
Home Ownership Services Team
Sage has a dedicated Home Ownership Services Team to help support our Shared Owners. We have a referral service, where we can direct customers for free money and/or debt advice service. You can contact the team for support by calling 0203 746 7585.
Our preferred method of payment is Direct Debit
You can set up a direct debit by logging into ‘my Sage home’ portal here https://www.mysagehome.co.uk.
