What to do if you believe you've suffered a personal injury and wish to make a claim against Sage Homes:

 

Personal injury claims fall outside our standard complaints process.

We recommend that you seek independent legal advice, such as a solicitor, before submitting a claim. Any personal injury claim must be submitted in writing. While residents can submit claims directly, legal representatives are usually involved in the process.

Once we receive a formal claim, it will be reviewed and handled in accordance with our internal procedures. We do not provide direct contact information for our advisors or third parties. Sage Homes will assess all valid claims and respond appropriately. Please note that we are not able to assist with the preparation of claims.
