Last year many of you joined insight groups to discuss topics that are important to you: community safety; community engagement; customer communications; and customer service.
Thank you to everyone who took part – your feedback has been incredibly useful. That's why we're planning to meet again (see below).

This year topics will include: community safety; complaints handling; empowering communities; and digital customer experience.
These groups are opportunities for you to engage with us, offer feedback on our services and share your thoughts about how we can improve. If you'd like to take part in an insight group, please complete our application form below.
