Get involved
There are plenty of ways to get involved. You could, for instance, join one of our insight groups to explore a topic of particular interest or apply to join our Customer Scrutiny Panel.
If you want to get more involved with your community, we also have some suggestions about community events and can help make those happen.
Communal areas
How we ensure that shared spaces are well maintained. You can report issues with shared areas through My Sage Home. If you would like to talk to someone in our Customer Care Team, or a housing officer, please contact us.
Environmental issues

- Animal nuisance (including dangerous dogs)
Car parking
If you’re unsure of local parking arrangements you can check with your neighbours or, if you own a Shared Ownership property, you can refer to your lease. If you would still like to raise a parking concern please complete the form on the My Sage Home portal.
