Your access to information
The Social Tenant Access to Information Regulations (STAIRs) are new government rules that will give customers of private registered providers, such as Sage, the right to access information about how their homes and services are managed.
What does this mean for me?
STAIRS will allow customers to access information relating to how we manage your home, the services we offer and how we run them. It sets out what we must publish, what you can ask for and how you can make a request.
The regulations will be introduced in two stages
- Stage 1: From 1 October 2026, landlords must publish key information
- Stage 2: From 1 April 2027, you will be able to make formal information requests.

How can I make a STAIRs request?
