Information for Sparrow Shared Ownership (Sparrow) customers
You can now contact Sparrow directly about the management of your shared ownership home.
This includes questions about your service charge and rent payments, communal repairs and any other enquiry. You can find out more here.
My Sparrow Home
Sparrow has launched a new online service for customers called My Sparrow Home. You can report issues, make or check payments, and submit requests - you might want to staircase or sell your home, for example. You can also access help and advice.
Registration
To register for the Sparrow customer portal, click go to https://myportal.sparrowso.co.uk and follow the instructions.
If you’ve already registered for the Sparrow customer portal please enter your username and password.
About the customer consultation
Sage Homes wrote to customers in January 2025 to consult them about a proposed transfer of services to Sparrow Shared Ownership Limited (Sparrow).
Following a review of the feedback, the Sage Board decided to go ahead with the transfer as they believed that customers would benefit from this change. This is because Sparrow is a specialist shared ownership Registered Provider which has customers’ best interests at heart.
