Our customer strategy is centred around the provision of services to customer when and where they want them. 

We have set out our commitment to our customers in our new customer charter. Our perormance in delivering for our customers is overseen by our Customer Scrutiny Panel. We report on our performance each year in our Customer Annual Report.
