Our wide range of training includes introductory awareness training on the sector as well as specialised training in subjects like intensive financial modelling.
Delivered by expert colleagues or specialist providers, we make learning as accessible as possible with licenses for the huge LinkedIn Learning platform and free one-to-one coaching sessions through our MyndUp platform.

Professional and Further Education study support
Our study support package helps us support our colleagues’ personal and professional development ambitions. Any permanent employee (who has passed probation) can apply for funding and paid study leave.
