Learning and development for all

We offer training for every stage of your career, from sector basics to specialist skills like financial modelling.

Delivered by expert colleagues or specialist providers, we make learning as accessible as possible with licenses for the LinkedIn Learning platform and free one-to-one coaching sessions through our MyndUp platform.

As we grow, we’ll keep expanding our offer so everyone gets the support they need, whether you’re new to the sector or an experienced leader.

Professional and Further Education study support

Our study support package helps us support our colleagues’ personal and professional development ambitions. Any permanent employee can apply for funding and paid study leave after six months.

Apprenticeships

We’re proud to support our colleagues continue their career development with a wide variety of professional apprenticeships. Colleagues across Sage have completed apprenticeships in areas including AI Engineering, Digital & Tech Solutions and HR.
